She was incredibly friendly and got me right on the schedule, making the entire process seamless from the start. I appreciated how she informed me that I could easily drop off my car, and they would send me a quote via text—talk about convenience! Amy kept me updated every step of the way, even letting me know that the part they needed was in Colorado Springs, so it would take a little longer. Despite that, everything felt incredibly streamlined, and I could track the diagnosis and repair costs directly via the text they sent, which was super helpful. When the repair was complete, I was thrilled with how reasonable the price was. I felt safe knowing my car was in the hands of specialists who truly know BMW and MINI vehicles.
