I can't say enough good things about Absolute Motor Work in Englewood. I own a 2015 BMW X3 and had been putting off some needed repairs because I knew going to the dealership would cost a fortune. My HVAC system was failing, I was missing a headlight, and one of my sensors had fallen out. I searched high and low for a reliable, honest BMW repair shopand I'm so glad I found this place! From the very first phone call, the service was top-notch. I believe the person I spoke with was Amyshe was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. When I dropped my car off, she wasnt there, but when I returned to pick it up, she went out of her way to personally show me around the shop since I had missed seeing the body shop during check-in. That kind of attention to detail and care for customers really stands out. Not only was the work done efficiently and professionally, but the cost was so much more reasonable than what I would have paid at a dealership. Excellent service

Amber and team remain honest and thorough in their assessment and recommendations. They actually diagnosed an issue on my 2017 M6 Grand Coupe that I knew of, but neglected to remember mentioning to them (A/C blower was making a loud noise) which they brought to my attention as "optional" and not required at this time, but brought to my awareness. Being beginning of summer and wanting to keep the car in as good condition as possible, went ahead with the repair. It's nice having a shop I feel I can trust, especially as someone who is not mechanical myself so need to rely on them and trust them!
