Englewood BMW and MINI Repair

I highly recommend Absolute Motor Works! They truly care about their customers and did an amazing job with installing a new engine in my car. Many other repair shops I called said they weren't able to help me because my X5 is a hybrid. Amber (& Amy) worked tirelessly with my extended warranty to make sure my out of pocket cost was minimal. The communication was excellent throughout the process. In my experience, it is often hard to find a business that truly looks out for their customers, but Absolute Motor Works is definitely one of them!

From the time I spoke with Amber when I was stranded on the side of the road to the time I picked up my car, the entire team made me feel like I was the most important customer ever! Amber is so knowledgeable and calmly explained what had happened to my BMW to cause it to die. She was patient when I asked the same questions numerous times. Clint, the mechanic who fixed my car, was thorough and put all the new parts back together like a lego master. My car is running like a champ, and I am so thankful for Absolute Motor Works.
