Englewood BMW and MINI Repair

I needed to replace a BMW 328xi failed water pump and wanted to avoid overpriced dealers. I got quotes from multiple local mechanics and chose Absolute Motor Works because their estimate was lower than most and their customer service seemed to be friendly and very responsive. They did the repairs on time and without issue. At pickup, Amber was very helpful and pinpointed an issue with a prior repair, suggesting that I look into the old repair to ensure that old shredded belt bits hadn't gotten into the oil pan. I appreciated this extra insight. Service was smooth, pricing was fair, service was great. With an old beemer, there will be more things to fix, and this is where I will go!

This shop was fair and provided a better diagnosis than the dealership and even discovered a faulty fuel injector in my e90 which other mechanics completely missed.
