Englewood BMW and MINI Repair

As a BMW fan I hate to bring my X3 to just any shop and let some kid with no training touch my car. The wonderful receptionist Ann was very knowledgeable about my car and what needs to be done even before the shop had a chance to look at it. Ann hit her estimate on the money no more no less as with other shops will look for things and even make stuff up just to keep you as a customer not this shop. As I had to have both of my front struts replaced I also knew they had to mess with the suspension system which as a BMW fan is vital to how the car handles. Ann also worked with me by ordering the parts ahead of time and working with the alignment shop to make sure I would not be with out my car over Thanksgiving. If you own a BMW and live in Colorado you need to know that this shop will take good care of you and your BMW

Friendly almost to a fault, this business is everything you want out of a specialty repair shop. Having gone to the manufacturer's dealership for years with unsatisfactory results for decades, I would not and will go anywhere else. The cheerful, knowledgeable staff gets to know you and you'll actually look forward dealing with them. Good for you, Absolute, you're putting your competition to shame.

I can't say enough good things about Absolute. We first used them in 2007 to service our 1995 BMW (just an oil change) and they have always been wonderful. Thanks in part to Absolute our 1995 is still going strong and remains a truly awesome vehicle. Absolute is very competent, easy to work with and their prices are fair. Recently our Volvo was totaled in a freak accident and we replaced it with a second BMW (used). A major reason for choosing another BMW was that we could have the new car serviced at Absolute. Finding a mechanic is always a challenge so we are just delighted to have found Absolute.

I bought a used 2006 BMW 325xiT in April of this year, and unfortunately, have had a number of issues come up with the car. That said, my experience with fixing my car has never been so pleasant and I am fortunate to have Absolute Motor Works as my mechanic for my BMW. The first thing I noticed about this shop is their customer service -- they treat you like family -- from the interaction on the phone, to their complimentary shuttle service to the train stations, this doesn't feel like a typical mechanic shop. So far, AMW has replaced my front brakes and calipers, control arm bushings (which completely fixed the shaking in the car), and worked seamlessly with my 3rd party warranty company to get my water pump replaced and fix a window regulator at minimal cost to me (just had to pay the deductible). Right now, my car runs 10x better than it did when I first bought it and I feel like it is in good hands to last me another 100k miles. They are upfront and will prioritize your issues so you can make thoughtful decisions about the maintenance of your BMW.

These guys always take great care of my bmw. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I feel confident in the work absolute motor works does.

The staff is very friendly and they do great work at a reasonable price. Not only that- they go above and beyond just fixing my problem (fuel pump this time) the car runs better in general. I highly recommend them. Thanks Amber!

I guess the best rec I can give Absolute is that I have been taking my BMWs to Dan, the owner, for over 30 years. In that time I have never been tempted or had cause to go anywhere else. This is a great shop run by a great guy. They are smart, fair, and, best of all, honest. If you are looking for a shop to work on your Bimmer I give Absolute my highest recommendation.
