Englewood BMW and MINI Repair

I was tired of being ripped off by BMW dealerships, so I started taking my BMW to Absolute Motor Works in 2018. This turned out to be a great decision. Amber and the entire Absolute Motor Works team are professional, extremely responsive, and do high quality work at half the price of dealerships.

Can I just say this place has always been where I've taken my BMW to be repaired, they are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Great at communicating, but best of all, have very reasonable prices, compared to an actual dealer. In addition if you ever need a part, they are able to usually get it for you that day. I highly recommend Absolute Motors for repairs on your BMW

Excellent service. They are always honest and don’t ever try to sell you on repairs that you don’t need. Amber keeps you informed on the current status of the work and the cost estimate.. the mechanics perform quality work as quickly as possible. I’ve been a customer for several years and will continue in the future.

It is always hard to find quality auto service for the first time. We have owned our X6 since it was new & have been covered by BMW’s factory service program up to now. The X6 was due for some regular service but also suddenly developed electrical issues with some sensors so we started our search. After a lot of research we discovered Absolute and I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and the work that was done. I know from prior experience how difficult & expensive electrical problems can be. Absolute did a very thorough job researching the issue to ensure they found the true source of the problem before making their recommendation which turned out to be correct. It wasn’t super cheap to fix but I never expected it to be either. At this point, I believe we’ve found the long term service shop we want to use for both of our BMW’s. Great job!

AMW does a good job maintaining our cars. They only address the items that require fixing, and make you aware of things that need to be monitored. Great customer service.

This time was a simple repair needed a part that I really couldn't find any place else Amber was able to get one of the next day for my headlight
