Absolute Motor Works is my go to service center for my BMW 325i. Very nice and accommodating staff and puppy. Appointments are easy to make for timely service. Prices seem very fair which is refreshing.
Great company, great to work with. My transfer case on my 2011 X5 failed. As its warranty had just expired, Murray BMW wanted to charge me almost 6k to replace. I was able to find a replacement transfer case online for $2200 and the folks at absolute told me to have it shipped to them and they promptly installed the new case for slightly less than a grand, saving me almost $3k! They have also done work on other BMWs over the years for our family. Always nice, always fair price. I highly recommend.

As a BMW fan I hate to bring my X3 to just any shop and let some kid with no training touch my car. The wonderful receptionist Ann was very knowledgeable about my car and what needs to be done even before the shop had a chance to look at it. Ann hit her estimate on the money no more no less as with other shops will look for things and even make stuff up just to keep you as a customer not this shop. As I had to have both of my front struts replaced I also knew they had to mess with the suspension system which as a BMW fan is vital to how the car handles. Ann also worked with me by ordering the parts ahead of time and working with the alignment shop to make sure I would not be with out my car over Thanksgiving. If you own a BMW and live in Colorado you need to know that this shop will take good care of you and your BMW
THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST.... HONEST TO A FAULT, FIX "ONLY WHATS NECESSARY", SUGGEST ANYTHING ELSE (as cautionary). Never try to speak "over your head"... AMBER & DAN...TRULY KNOW "BMW'S", HAVE SAVED MY "BACON" AND WALLET 2 TIMES !!! MY WIFE'S X5 CALL THEIR NAMES WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED.... "ALWAYS TAKE THEIR ADVICE", IN SPITE OF WHAT MY WALLET SAYS.... I'M DUE SHORTLY... WILL UPDATE THIS POSTING UPON MY 3RD VISIT IN 3 yrs ( This time is precautionary ! Routine general look-over & minor services)....NO--- I'M not a relative !!!
Friendly almost to a fault, this business is everything you want out of a specialty repair shop. Having gone to the manufacturer's dealership for years with unsatisfactory results for decades, I would not and will go anywhere else. The cheerful, knowledgeable staff gets to know you and you'll actually look forward dealing with them. Good for you, Absolute, you're putting your competition to shame.
I can't say enough good things about Absolute. We first used them in 2007 to service our 1995 BMW (just an oil change) and they have always been wonderful. Thanks in part to Absolute our 1995 is still going strong and remains a truly awesome vehicle. Absolute is very competent, easy to work with and their prices are fair. Recently our Volvo was totaled in a freak accident and we replaced it with a second BMW (used). A major reason for choosing another BMW was that we could have the new car serviced at Absolute. Finding a mechanic is always a challenge so we are just delighted to have found Absolute.
