They performed the service that i asked and pointed out several other issues but didn't push that those things had to be done right away which is a nice change from most shops who's upfront contacts try to up sell other items. Will go back

AMW is a fantastic shop. Bring my 83 533i and my 05 325xi here. Most recently worked on my 3 series. Communication is fantastic, including text updates, and the diagnosis and approval process is a breeze. Work is done efficiently and correctly, and if an issue is encountered they will quickly rectify it. Dan, Amber, and Amy are outstanding to work with. Highly recommend AMW.

I have been extremely satisfied with Absolute Auto Works' service for my 2016 BMW 2 series convertible. Before I found Absolute I used another facility for my yearly low mileage oil change. When I picked up the car, I was surprised when that service rep advised that the next year I would need significant additional maintenance. That next year I found Absolute and took my car there for my service. They performed the oil change, at a better price, and told me that my car needed no additional service. At that point I knew that I had found an organization that I could trust to honestly service my BMW. My recent service with them has only reinforced my high opinion of Absolute and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any BMW owner.
