My boss recommended me to this place for my BMW 750li. I'm eternally grateful. If I could give 10 stars I would. It's a beautiful thing when people love their job, as it reflects through their work. They got my car back to me in record time. Other shops would have it for weeks and still not have a solution. The timing, pricing, and knowledge of the staff of Absolute should be the precedent for every shop in in the world. I'm the type that needs daily or bi daily updates, and in the past I've felt as if I were being bothersome and would be given the cold shoulder and ignored. Amy and Amber are the genius goddesses up front and checked in with me daily, even if there was no change in status. The peace of mind that comes from this gesture alone is enough for me to be a customer for life. I live in springs but will only be using this shop for my baby from now on. Thank you so much for making a bad situation into a good one and getting me back on the road.
