For Sale I was recently browsing around for interesting cars for sale, and stumbled across this rare gem of BMW history! The 507 is a lovely little roadster, but ended up only being produced from 1956-1959, with a total production number of 252 cars. Back then, they could be had for between $9000-$10500 due to the expense of production. Thich sounds like very little today, but in today's dollars, that's the equivalent to about $90,000!! Now in 2020, this rare gem could be yours for a mere 3.1 million dollars! One well known owner of not one, but two, 507s was the King of Rock & Roll himself, Elvis Presley. Vision Next 100 Last week, BMW celebrated its 100th birthday! We were treated to a release of a new concept car, the Vision Next 100, with a combo of autonomous and manual driving features. As with most concept cars, the idea seems too crazy to be believed! The body is shape-shifting carbon fiber, and the steering wheel folds up when it is in autonomous driving mode. Next, I fully expect the flying cars we were promised in Back to the Future II and The Jetsons! Are you listening, designers?
